Care built on evidence, and actually listening to you.

Dr. Rashid

I practice evidence-based chiropractic care. Which means every technique I use is grounded in research, not guesswork. My job isn't to give you a quick fix. It's to understand what's actually going on in your body and build a plan that addresses it.

I take a whole-body approach. Pain rarely shows up in isolation, and I don't treat it that way! I look at how your movement, your stress, your training, and your daily life are all connected to what you're feeling.

Whether you're managing pain, recovering from an injury, or just want to move and feel better day to day, my goal is always the same: get you back to the things you love doing, in a body that feels like yours again.

What I help with

Common reasons people come see me include:

• Pregnancy and postpartum discomfort

• Neck, back, and hip pain

• Muscle tension and tightness

• Headaches and migraines

• Movement and mobility concerns

• Workout or strength training related discomfort

• Stress-related tension in the body

• Feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from movement

• Building confidence in exercise and everyday movement

• Wanting a more supportive, whole-body approach to care

How I treat

Patient-Centered Approach

Everything I do is built around understanding your needs and helping you succeed, because when you thrive, so do we. Every body responds differently. So I use a range of techniques and we decide what’s best for you and your specific needs, not a fixed protocol.

I see patients at Pain Management of North Dallas, where I work alongside a team that includes a two nurse practitioners, two pain management physicians, an additional chiropractor and other movement and recovery specialists. So if you ever need care beyond my virtual offerings or in conjunction, the right referral is already close by.

I accept most major PPO insurances and I'm currently welcoming new patients.

Not sure if your plan is covered? Reach out and I'll help you figure it out before your first visit.
